NAO Developer Days A Success For Aldebaran Robotics

Aldebaran Robotics was formed in 2005 and is currently selling the second generation NAO Robot.  For the first weekend in April, the company held NAO Dev Days, where 40 developers took part to create apps for the android robots.

The weekend of 1st of April 2012 was a very special time for NAO. Aldebaran Robotics organized the first ever NAO Dev Days in Paris. An entire weekend of NAO Developers gathering, exchanging ideas and experiences, laughing and eating, learning and coding.

All this crowned by a contest for the best NAO application posted on the NAOStore, offering the winner a... Next-Gen NAO robot.

40 developers had to code nonstop in order to create as many useful applications as possible.

The winner application was "Work Out Nao!", an app where NAO becomes your sport's coach and shows you how to do push ups.
